New year, new goals
Jan. 2nd, 2018 02:38 amIt seems as though the past few years I’ve started out the year grieving over a family members death and this year is no different. I lost my sister almost three weeks ago and this death has hit me harder than the others. I don’t know if it’s because she was my big sister or because we were of the same generation. Add that to being sick for most of last year and it all takes a toll.
With that being said, I’m taking a new direction this year and am not going to try for a specific word count for J2 this year as I won’t be writing much, J2 that is. This year I’m going to focus on original stories and self publishing. I have been writing and have one book in a series completed, a second waiting for a rewrite and a third halfway through the first draft for a total of almost 200k words.
